Recipe Review: Golden Baked Pork Cutlets

They were good. I doubled the recipe. Next time I will be leaving out the sugar for sure. Also they burnt on the bottom a little bit and made what I anticipate will be a pain in the butt to scrub off my pan. I did remember the spray but they still stuck so next time I'll try the rack.

They coating was pretty crispy and good other than I think I accidentally added too much sugar. Also I'll make sure I have a better accembly line next time too. All in all they weren't too bad. We had them with peas and baked potato bar. I will take pics for my next review.

Rating on a 0-10 they were about a 6 in my opinion. My sweetie says they were an 8 and would like to have them again.
