Menu Plan Monday

Sunday- Roast in the crock with cream of mushroom and beefy onion soup mix, mashed taters, and sweet carrots.. perhaps the leftover corn I found in the fridge from Wednesday.

Monday- Tuna helper, peas, and bread. We're installing our new kitchen cabinets.

Tuesday- l.o. beef roast made into stroganoff with noodles and veggies

Wednesday- chicken surpreme gorditas with the fixings

Thursday- sloppy joes and mac and cheese

Friday- bbq pork ribs with fried taters

Saturday- philly cheesy chili dip with tortilla chips with leftovers

Sunday- whole roasted chicken, mashed taters, gravy, and some veggies.
